1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spiceform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spiceform is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered form creation, data collection, and marketing automation tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated content (forms, analytics, suggestions) may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before using it publicly.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Spiceform to:

  • Collect sensitive payment information (credit cards) in plain text fields.
  • Engage in phishing, spamming, or fraudulent activity.
  • Collect passwords or sensitive personal data without adequate security.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to ban any account found violating these rules immediately.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled at our sole discretion or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the data you collect ("Respondent Data"). Spiceform retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our code, design, and AI workflows.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiceform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
