Typeform alternatives for agencies

For agencies the deciding factors are seats, unbranded forms and response volume. Spiceform's Fire plan covers all three at $37/mo billed annually; Typeform needs its Business tier.

Competitor prices read from each vendor’s own pricing page on . Spiceform prices are generated from the same data as its checkout.

How this comparison was made

Agency requirements were treated as four hard constraints rather than a feature list: more than one seat, the platform's own branding removable on client-facing forms, response volume across many clients at once, and contacts kept separate per client. Each tool was scored on the cheapest plan that satisfies all four. Competitor prices were read from vendor pricing pages on 14 September 2026; Spiceform's come from the same data its checkout uses. No agency-specific discount, reseller tier or negotiated rate is assumed for any vendor, including us.

What our own data shows

Agencies hit the seat limit before the response limit

On Spiceform, multi-seat accounts run out of seats well before they run out of responses: Fire pairs 3 seats with 10,000 responses a month, and it is the seat count that forces the upgrade. Any agency comparison that leads with response volume is comparing the wrong axis — count the people who need to log in first.

Where Spiceform is the wrong choice

  • Fire includes 3 seats. An agency with more than three people who need editor access is on Inferno at $112/mo billed annually ($149 monthly), and that is the number to budget.
  • There is no separate client-workspace or white-label reseller tier. Clients are separated by workspace and contact segmentation, not by a sub-account model with its own billing.
  • Custom domains are Inferno only. On lower plans client forms sit on a Spiceform URL, unbranded but not on the client's domain.
  • Tally's Pro plan has unlimited responses. An agency running very high volume across many clients should price that seriously against us.

Questions people ask

Tally's Pro plan at $29/mo with unlimited responses is the cheapest that removes branding, but seats are billed per user and it has no CRM. Spiceform's Fire at $37/mo billed annually ($49 monthly) includes 3 seats, 10,000 responses and an unlimited contact CRM. Which is cheaper depends entirely on your seat count.

You can remove Spiceform's branding from Hot upward and apply the client's logo, colours and fonts. A custom domain — so the form sits on the client's own URL — requires Inferno at $112/mo billed annually ($149 monthly). There is no reseller tier that bills the client directly.

By workspace and by contact segmentation. Each client's forms and contacts are separable and a seat can be scoped to what it needs. This is not the same as a sub-account model with independent billing per client, which Spiceform does not have.
