Form builders with a built-in CRM

Spiceform is the only form builder under $40/mo whose contact CRM is included rather than sold as an add-on. Typeform charges for Contacts above Plus; Jotform, Tally and Fillout have none.

Competitor prices read from each vendor’s own pricing page on . Spiceform prices are generated from the same data as its checkout.

How this comparison was made

A tool counts as having a built-in CRM only if a submission creates a contact record the product itself manages — searchable, de-duplicated across forms, and usable to segment or follow up — without an export to a spreadsheet or a sync to an external CRM. A Google Sheets integration is not a CRM and is scored as "no". Prices are the cheapest plan on which the CRM is usable, read from each vendor's own pricing page on 14 September 2026. Our prices come from the same data the Spiceform checkout uses.

What our own data shows

The CRM is the second feature bought, not the first

On Spiceform, contact management is consistently what people use after they have published a form and started receiving responses, rather than what brings them in — the form is the reason to sign up and the CRM is the reason to stay. That ordering is why it is bundled into the entry paid plan instead of being sold as an upgrade: an add-on priced for the second need is an add-on nobody reaches.

Where Spiceform is the wrong choice

  • The Hot plan caps the CRM at 50 contacts. Past that you are on Fire at $37/mo billed annually ($49 monthly), which is the honest number to plan around if you expect volume.
  • It is a contacts CRM, not a sales CRM. There are no deals, pipelines, stages or forecasting. If you need those, keep Salesforce or HubSpot and push to it.
  • Automations are gated to Fire and above. On Hot the CRM stores and segments contacts but does not act on them.
  • There is no native two-way sync with Salesforce or HubSpot. The connection is through Zapier, which means a delay and a separate subscription.

Questions people ask

Only if what you need is contact management. Spiceform's CRM de-duplicates and segments the people who filled in your forms and can trigger follow-up automations from Fire upward. It has no deal pipeline, no forecasting and no sales reporting. Teams running a sales process should keep their CRM and use the form builder's contacts as the capture layer.

Typeform's contact management is the Contacts add-on, which sits on top of a Plus plan or higher rather than being included. Read the current add-on price from Typeform's own pricing page — it is tiered by contact volume and the figure on this page is dated 14 September 2026.

Yes, on Spiceform. A response containing an email address creates or updates a contact, matched on the address, so the same person filling in three different forms is one record rather than three.
