Branded URLs and custom subdomains
Claim your-name.spiceform.com and set clean link endings like /to/feedback for professional-looking URLs.
First impressions matter. A branded URL replaces the default random form ID with a clean, memorable address that builds trust and reinforces your brand identity.
Custom subdomains (Fire plan)
On the Fire plan and above, you can claim a subdomain like yourname.spiceform.com. All your forms will be accessible under this subdomain instead of the default share link.
- 1Open any form in the builder and navigate to the Share tab.
- 2Scroll to the "Branded URL" section.
- 3Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., "acme") and click "Check Availability".
- 4If the subdomain is available, click "Claim" to reserve it. It's yours permanently as long as your subscription is active.
Custom link endings (Inferno plan)
On the Inferno plan, you can also customize the path for each individual form. Instead of /to/abc123, you can set /to/feedback or /to/lead-form.
- 1In the Share tab, find the "Link Ending" section below the subdomain settings.
- 2Enter your desired slug (e.g., "feedback"). Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed.
- 3Click "Save". The form is now accessible at yourname.spiceform.com/to/feedback.
Your branded subdomain applies to ALL your forms automatically. You only need to claim it once.
