Using Ask AI for data insights
Ask natural-language questions about your form data like "What is the average rating?" and get instant answers.
Ask AI is your personal data analyst. Instead of building pivot tables or writing queries, just ask a question in plain English and get an instant, accurate answer generated from your form responses.
How to use Ask AI
- 1Open any form's Results tab.
- 2Click the "Ask AI" button in the toolbar (sparkle icon).
- 3Type your question — for example: "What is the average NPS score?" or "Which answer option was most popular for question 3?"
- 4The AI analyzes your response data and returns a clear, formatted answer in seconds.
Example questions
- •"What percentage of respondents rated us 4 or above?"
- •"Show me the top 5 most common suggestions from the open-text field."
- •"How many submissions came from Germany?"
- •"What is the average completion time?"
- •"Summarize the overall sentiment of the feedback."
Ask AI uses your actual submission data (never external data) and costs 1 AI credit per question. Results can be copied to clipboard or pinned to the dashboard.
Pro tip
Ask AI works best with specific, focused questions. Avoid combining multiple questions in one prompt — ask them separately for clearer answers.
