Exporting responses to CSV or Google Sheets
Download your data as CSV or connect a Google Sheets integration for real-time syncing.

CSV export
- 1Open the Results tab for any form.
- 2Click the "Export" button in the toolbar.
- 3Choose "Download CSV". The file is generated on-the-fly and downloaded to your browser.
The CSV includes all visible columns in their current sort/filter order. Hidden fields and metadata (submission date, IP country) are included by default.
Google Sheets live sync
On the Hot plan and above, you can connect a Google Sheet that updates automatically with every new submission. See the Google Sheets Live Sync article for setup details.
Partial exports
If you've filtered or selected specific rows, the export will respect your selection. This lets you export subsets of data — for example, only submissions from the last 30 days, or only those with a certain tag.
Use the column visibility toggles before exporting to control exactly which fields appear in the CSV. This is much easier than cleaning up the file after download.
