Upgrading or downgrading your plan
Switch between Mild, Hot, Fire, and Inferno plans at any time from your dashboard settings.
Spiceform offers four plan tiers — Mild (free), Hot, Fire, and Inferno — each unlocking more features, higher limits, and premium capabilities. You can switch plans at any time.
How to change your plan
- 1Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- 2You'll see your current plan highlighted. Click "Upgrade" on a higher tier, or "Downgrade" on a lower one.
- 3Review the feature comparison and confirm your choice.
- 4For upgrades, your card is charged the prorated difference immediately. For downgrades, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when you downgrade
- •Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- •Features exclusive to higher plans (like custom domains or advanced AI) become read-only.
- •Your data is never deleted — you just lose access to premium features.
- •If you're over the new plan's limits (e.g., response count), existing data is preserved but you can't collect new responses until you're within limits.
Pro tip
Annual billing saves 25% compared to monthly. Switch to annual in the billing settings for the best value.
