Deleting your account and data (GDPR)
How to permanently delete your account, all forms, responses, and uploaded files.
Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to delete your account and all associated data permanently. Spiceform provides a straightforward deletion process.
What gets deleted
- •Your user profile and authentication credentials.
- •All forms you created, including their configurations, logic rules, and themes.
- •All form responses and submission data.
- •All uploaded files (images, backgrounds, file upload responses) from cloud storage.
- •All contacts in your CRM.
- •All automation configurations and email logs.
- •Your custom subdomain and URL settings.
How to delete your account
- 1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account.
- 2Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom.
- 3Click "Delete Account".
- 4Read the warning carefully. Type your email address to confirm.
- 5Click "Permanently Delete". The process begins immediately.
Account deletion is irreversible. All data is permanently removed within 24 hours and cannot be recovered. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before proceeding.
Data portability
Before deleting, we recommend exporting your data. Use the CSV export in the Results tab for each form, and download any uploaded files from the Media Gallery. This ensures you have a copy of everything.
If you just want to cancel your subscription without deleting data, downgrade to the free Mild plan instead. Your forms and data will be preserved.
