Managing team members and permissions
Invite collaborators to your workspace and control who can edit, view, or manage forms.
Spiceform workspaces support multiple team members on the Fire plan and above. You can invite colleagues, assign roles, and control who can build forms, view responses, or manage account settings.
Inviting team members
- 1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team.
- 2Click "Invite Member" and enter their email address.
- 3Select a role: Admin (full access), Editor (can build and manage forms), or Viewer (read-only access to results).
- 4Click "Send Invite". They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Role permissions
- •Owner — full control over billing, settings, team members, and all forms. There is exactly one owner per workspace.
- •Admin — can manage forms, contacts, automations, and team members. Cannot change billing.
- •Editor — can create, edit, and delete forms. Can view responses. Cannot manage team or settings.
- •Viewer — read-only access to forms and responses. Cannot create or edit anything.
Removing members
Go to Settings → Team, click the three-dot menu next to a member's name, and select "Remove". Their access is revoked immediately.
Pro tip
Use the Viewer role for stakeholders who need to monitor form performance without the risk of accidental edits.
