Understanding usage limits and quotas
Learn how response limits, AI credits, storage quotas, and seat counts work on each plan tier.
Each Spiceform plan tier comes with specific limits for responses, AI credits, file storage, and team seats. Understanding these quotas helps you choose the right plan and avoid unexpected interruptions.
Plan comparison
- •Mild (Free) — 100 responses/month, 50 AI credits, 100 MB storage, 1 seat.
- •Hot — 1,000 responses/month, 500 AI credits, 2 GB storage, 1 seat.
- •Fire — 10,000 responses/month, 2,000 AI credits, 10 GB storage, 3 seats.
- •Inferno — 50,000 responses/month, 8,000 AI credits, 50 GB storage, 10 seats.

How limits work
- •Responses — counted per billing cycle. Partial (abandoned) submissions do not count. The counter resets on your billing date each month.
- •AI credits — shared across all AI features (Builder, Ask AI, FAQ AI, Clarify AI, Smart Insights). Credits reset monthly.
- •Storage — a running total of all uploaded files (media, form backgrounds, file upload responses). Does not reset.
- •Seats — the number of team members who can access your workspace. The workspace owner always occupies one seat.
What happens at the limit
When you hit a limit, the affected feature pauses. For responses, your forms will display a "This form is currently not accepting responses" message. For AI credits, AI features are disabled until the next cycle. You'll receive an email warning at 80% and 100% usage.
Track your usage in real time from Dashboard → Settings → Usage. The usage bars show exactly where you stand against each limit.
