Navigating the dashboard
An overview of workspaces, form cards, search, and organizing your projects.
The Spiceform dashboard is your command center. It gives you an at-a-glance view of all your forms, workspaces, and recent activity — designed for speed even if you manage dozens of projects.
Dashboard layout
- •Sidebar — switch between Forms, Contacts, Automations, and Settings. On mobile, this collapses into a hamburger menu.
- •Top bar — search across all forms by name, access your profile, and create new forms.
- •Form cards — each form shows its title, response count, status badge, and last-edited timestamp.
Workspaces
Workspaces let you group related forms together. You might create one workspace for "Marketing" and another for "Product Feedback". Switch between workspaces using the dropdown in the top-left of the sidebar.
Searching and sorting
Use the search bar at the top to find any form instantly by name. You can also sort form cards by date created, last modified, or response count using the sort controls above the grid.
Pin your most-used forms to keep them at the top of the dashboard regardless of the sort order.
