Publishing and sharing your form

Generate a share link, embed code, or QR code to distribute your form anywhere.

Once your form is ready, open the Share tab in the builder to access all distribution options.

Sharing options

  • •Direct link — a unique URL you can send via email, social media, or messaging apps.
  • •QR code — auto-generated and downloadable as an image. Perfect for print materials.
  • •Embed code — choose from Standard (iframe), Full Page, Popup, Slider, or Popover modes.
  • •Custom URLs — on the Fire plan and above, use a branded subdomain like yourname.spiceform.com.

All forms are published instantly — there is no separate "publish" step. As soon as you save, the live link reflects your latest changes.

Pro tip

Use the Preview mode (eye icon in the top bar) to verify the respondent experience before sharing.
