Customizing the Welcome & Ending screens
Configure titles, descriptions, button text, media, and redirect URLs for your form endpoints.
Every Spiceform has a Welcome screen (the first thing respondents see) and an Ending screen (shown after submission). Both are fully customizable and play a key role in setting expectations and closing the experience.
Configuring the Welcome screen
- 1Click the Welcome element at the top of the builder canvas.
- 2In the Properties sidebar, set the title (e.g., "Customer Feedback Survey"), description, and button text (e.g., "Start").
- 3Optionally add a background image or video via the Media Gallery.
Configuring the Ending screen
The Ending screen supports two modes:
- •End Screen — a customizable thank-you page with title, subtitle, optional CTA button, and optional link.
- •Redirect — automatically send respondents to a custom URL after submission (available on Hot plan and above).
Pro tip
Use variables in your Ending screen title to personalize the message — e.g., "Thanks, {{name}}! Your score is {{score}}."
If you choose the End Screen mode, you can also add a "Create your own form" button that links to your Spiceform signup page — great for viral growth.
