Connecting Zapier webhooks
Send form submissions to 5,000+ apps via Zapier by configuring a webhook URL in the Connect tab.
Zapier lets you connect Spiceform to over 5,000 apps — including HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, and more. The integration uses webhooks, so every new submission triggers your Zap in real time.
Setting up the integration
- 1In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger app.
- 2Select "Catch Hook" as the trigger event. Zapier will generate a unique webhook URL — copy it.
- 3In Spiceform, open the form in the builder and navigate to the Connect tab.
- 4Paste the Zapier webhook URL into the "Webhook URL" field and click "Save".
- 5Back in Zapier, click "Test Trigger". Submit a test response in Spiceform and Zapier will detect it.
- 6Map the submission fields to your desired action (e.g., create a HubSpot contact, add a Notion row).
Webhook payload format
Spiceform sends a structured JSON payload containing all submitted answers along with submission metadata. The payload format is designed for easy field mapping in Zapier and other automation tools.
Create a multi-step Zap to trigger several actions at once — for example, add the contact to HubSpot AND send a Slack notification AND add a row to Google Sheets, all from one submission.
Webhook integrations are available on the Hot plan and above. The Mild plan does not support outbound webhooks.
